- A standard raise is 4 times the big blind. For example, if the big blind is $0.50, raise $2. If there are other players limping in before you, make the raise 4-6 times the big blind.
- Limp into the action with all other basic poker starting hands.
- Be wary of strong, tight players. Be ready to call weak, loose players.
